They offer robust employee benefits, a fun work environment, and a family-like culture. We seek a Commercial Claims Adjusters to handle General Liability, Casualty, Property claims. In this position you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle injury/damage claims involving fast track claims and minor loss exposures in multi-jurisdictions, applying coverage, laws and regulations. This is a multiline position, and the individual will learn general liability, auto, and casualty. This is a hybrid position that may work out of the following branch locations: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Columbia, MO and Omaha, NE.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Promptly review new losses and determine initial plan of action in the handling of the claim. Identify serious injury/damage losses and report them timely to upper management, reinsurers, and reassign cases to appropriate staff. Review all expense bills for appropriateness and accuracy. Recognize, notify, and pursue other culpable parties and seek subrogation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1+ years claim handling experience. Must have a valid adjuster license in designated home state (or willing to obtain one within 60 days). Understands policy language and can interpret coverages. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills

Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000. Bonus incentive is 7% of salary.
