Duties and responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with prospects to understand their insurance needs and sell appropriate policies that offer comprehensive coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, assisting them with policy changes, problem-solving, and claims.
Clearly explain coverage options, policy details, and insurance terms to help clients make informed decisions.
Assist clients by completing claim intake forms and facilitating a smooth claims process.
Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, specifically farm, homeowners, and auto policies.
You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, making complex insurance concepts easy to understand.
Solution-oriented thinker who enjoys finding ways to resolve issues for clients and the team.
Present yourself in with the highest level of professionalism.
Compensation:
$65,000 to $100,000 (first year composed on base + bonus. Subsequent years open to discussion. No set financial arrangement as client open to creating a comp plan that suits the employee best.)
