We are seeking a Recruiting Operations & Business Development Specialist to play a key role in the growth and success of our firm. This multifaceted position will involve client business development outreach, social media management, job posting management, website management, and various operational tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our recruiting firm. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a growing business.
Duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Client Business Development:
Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to align business development efforts with client needs and industry trends.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Create, curate, and schedule content that highlights industry insights, job opportunities, and company culture.
Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Job Posting Management:
Create and manage job postings on various job boards and company website.
Optimize job descriptions for search engines and ensure they align with client and company branding.
Track and report on the performance of job postings to ensure they are attracting the right candidates.
Website Management:
Maintain and update the firm’s website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
Work with web developers or use content management systems to implement changes and enhancements to the website.
Monitor website analytics and make recommendations for improving user experience and site performance.
Operational Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
Support the recruiting team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination as needed.
Manage client and candidate databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Marketing & Communications:
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters to support business development and brand awareness.
Draft and distribute communications to clients and candidates, including email campaigns.
Experience:
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, recruiting operations, marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Experience with job posting platforms and basic knowledge of SEO.
Familiarity with website management tools and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
