How long does it typically take to get placed in a job?

It’s important to note that while we love to be a resource for you, we can’t guarantee placement for every candidate we work with. However, we keep every candidate in our system, and if an opportunity arises that matches your skills and needs, we’ll reach out to you directly. There’s no set-in-stone timeline for placement, as it really depends on the availability of roles that align with your background. We’re committed to supporting you throughout the process and will be in touch when the right opportunity comes up.

What happens if a candidate doesn’t work out? Do you offer a replacement guarantee?

Yes, we offer a pro-rated guarantee with a fee replacement if the person should leave through fault of their own within 30 days of their start date. We are also open to including a replacement versus refund when requested by the client.

How do your fees and payment structure work?

Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the new hire's compensation at time of their start date. We are open to specialized fee structures in unique scenarios or in the case of multiple hires needed within a specified time frame.

What is your average time-to-fill for open positions?

Our time-to-fill varies depending on the role. Each search assignment has it's own unique nuiances. In today's market one of the most significant variables impacting the timeline is work arrangement, that is, hybrid, in-office, remote. Our objective is to always have at least one candidate presented within 10 business days and 3 presented within 45 days. More specialized or executive-level roles may take longer as we focus on finding the perfect fit.
