This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT management, software development, and business alignment.

Lead IT strategy and execution, aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Oversee software development, IT compliance, data governance, and process optimization. Manage a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to enhance IT services. Direct in-house software development initiatives, including data warehousing, web applications, ETL data processes, and reporting tools.

10+ years of progressive IT management experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in IT process optimization, software development life cycle, and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15+ professionals. Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, emerging technologies, and vendor management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
