They continue to grow which has created the need to add a Claims Manager to their team. We’re seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Complex Claims & Litigation Claims Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on bodily injury, complex claims, and litigation management. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end claims process—from serious injury evaluations to legal strategy development—while driving operational excellence, compliance, and superior policyholder experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop a team handling complex BI, litigation, and auto liability claims. Oversee high-exposure claims, attend mediations, and manage legal strategy. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and implement best practices. Collaborate with underwriting, SIU, legal, and external vendors to improve outcomes. Analyze medical records, coverage issues, and high-value settlements with precision.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 7+ years of claims experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of BI, litigation, and complex multi-jurisdictional claims. Strong negotiation, legal strategy, and coverage analysis skills. Experience managing claims in CA, TX, AZ and beyond. Familiarity with Guidewire, CCC, or similar platforms. Strong background in mediation, arbitration, and ADR. Knowledge of fraud detection and claims analytics.

$120,000 to $150,000, bonus, benefits
