The Compliance Specialist will assist with regulatory filings and inquiries, maintain compliance records and a docket calendar, managing claims, producer and reinsurance intermediary regulatory requirements, and supporting corporate governance activities.

Tracking all regulatory compliance reporting and filing requirements. Organizing file and process documentation for the Compliance Department. Overseeing claims, producer and reinsurance intermediary licenses and appointments. Assisting with corporate governance, data call reporting, consumer complaints and regulator inquiries and exams. Monitoring industry news and developments, sharing communications with those impacted.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. Minimum of four (4) years of experience with property/casualty insurance company compliance. Experienced with regulatory compliance needs of property/casualty insurance companies. Competency in regulatory compliance reporting and filing requirements. Competency in performing both online and hard copy regulatory research.
