Nationally recognized for their ability to anticipate and respond to the ever-changing demands of their clients, members, regulators, and the marketplace As a Health Benefits Account Manager for this company you’ll have the opportunity to create and implement innovative sales and retention strategies for this multi-state client. You’ll be the “single point of contact” in delivering a positive experience for clients with multiple locations. Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain and build strategic relationships with customers, brokers, consultants, and channels, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Implement strategies to meet retention and growth targets. Collaborate across teams to manage the RFR process for complex accounts, ensuring timely and accurate sales, renewals, and contract negotiations. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase membership and retention. Work independently, applying subject matter expertise to generate creative solutions and supporting business-specific projects.
Experience:
Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, health plan administration. 3+ years of experience in group health care benefits sales, account management, or implementation. Experience with data and trend analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Highly developed presentation skills.
Compensation:
$105,000 to $135,000 base + sales incentives, competitive benefits plus a company funded pension plan
