About the role:
Leading family oriented smaller independent agency based in Indiana is seeking a skilled Associate Account Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is designed to provide coverage for a maternity leave starting in mid-May, with training beginning in late March or early April. The position has the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist with servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring excellent client support. Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements within the EPIC agency management system. Address client inquiries regarding coverages, billing, and policy details. Support Account Managers with documentation, client communication, and daily administrative tasks. Work closely with carriers and underwriters to provide best-in-class service
Experience:
Required: Experience working with EPIC agency management system. Required: Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages. Minimum of 2+ years in an account management or client service role within an independent agency setting. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and client focus.
Compensation:
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annualized
