Executive Claims Leader opportunity with leading carrier renowned for their strong reputation in the market and financial position. This highly respected insurance organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Claims to lead its claims strategy and operations. This executive role will drive claims management excellence, optimize financial outcomes, and enhance operational efficiencies through technology, analytics, and strategic partnerships.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the claims function, ensuring optimal claims resolutions and financial performance. Develop and implement forward-thinking claims strategies, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive efficiency. Partner with underwriting, actuarial, legal, and analytics teams to monitor market trends, legal developments, and claims performance. Oversee litigation management, reinsurance reporting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs), pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), brokers, and industry stakeholders. Lead a high-performing team, ensuring talent development, mentorship, and succession planning.

20+ years of workers' compensation and/or claims experience. 10+ years in a leadership role, managing complex claims operations. Expertise in TPA and PBM partnerships, reinsurance, and litigation management. Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, legal systems, and claims analytics. Proven success in driving claims transformation through technology and data-driven strategies.
